Child Application Returned- Missing Documents

Hello,
our family package was returned. A question was missed in section 11 and 2 identification documents were missing. My question is can a passport biographical page of passport can be one of them together with OHIP health card? School record are not available during vacation period.
do I have to pay their fees again when I resubmit the application?
Both adult application are fine and where return with the package.

We can appreciate that you would be interested in what your options are.
According to the mmigration, Refugees and Citizenship Call Centre, they stated that you can use a valid passport and a health insurance identification card, ie. Health Card (OHIP) as identification documents.
You can find some additional information regarding what can be used as acceptable documents on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada website in the Acceptable documents to show identity for citizenship applications section.
Here is an excerpt,
Children of preschool age may not be able to provide two identity documents or an identity document that includes their photo. In such cases, an explanation letter must accompany their application. Officers may use discretion for preschool age children.
According to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Call Centre, you do not have to repay the fees.
The receipt should have been included in the package that they returned to you.
They also stated that it is very important to confirm that the signatures on the applications previously submitted are not dated more than 3 months ago and that the pictures taken are not dated more than 6 months ago.
