I need to Bring $40,000 CAD from the US to purchase real estate.
I see that there is a form I must fill out.
Is there any fees associated with Bringing this amount across the border does create delays or problems ?

1. No fees or taxes, but it must be declared to Canada Customs on entry, and on exit from the US.
