Expired Driving License from Country of Origin

I am a Pakistani citizen, presently in Europe. My Pakistani driving license expired in June this year. This license was first issued in 2009. Would this license (expired) be acceptable to exchange it for an Ontario driver's license?

Present acceptable identification, a valid and original driver’s licence, and supporting documentation.
