Middle Name Not Included - Can I Change This?

I landed last October 2017 and received my PR card after a few months.
In my COPR, it shows my first and second name but my middle name is not included, this also happened in my PR card because the COPR is where they copied the info from.
I asked also the officer if this can be changed, he said he can only refer to the COPR.
I also contacted IRCC thru the web form but what they gave me was an amendment of the document (IMM 5218) for an error in the landing document etc.
Can this be used for my case?
I did not change my name because it is still my name it just missed my middle name.
Do I consider this as an error and use the provided document in order for me to amend my COPR to be able to change the name on my PR card, Health card and other identification?

In order to amend a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), any errors you want to fix must have been made by Canadian immigration officials when recording your personal information.
Your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688) is an historical document which contains information about you when you obtained the status of permanent resident in Canada.
The application to amend this document is for permanent residents who wish to correct errors made by Canadian immigration officials when recording certain personal information on the Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688).
