Healthy working environment? (temperature)

So,
My office sits at 26-27+ degrees everyday and 10% humidity.
The windows don't open, and we have 3 fans running.
My boss is telling me to "Suck it up". But i can't function in that heat.
Is there a guideline on working environments?
