Hello All,
I am a landlord who has received several noise complaints regarding a single tenant. The building has 10 apartments and this same tenant continues to abuse the noise level time after time. Loud banging, arguing and what appears to be physical fighting.
This same tenant also has a lot of unsavory visitors at all times of the night.
What are my options as a landlord ?
