Relocating to another province without PR card

Hi there,
I landed in Toronto 10 days ago and acquired the Permanent Residency from Toronto. The COPR mentions that the province of destination is ONTARIO. Is it possible to relocate BRITISH COLOMBIA, send to IRCC my new address in Vancouver and have my PR card sent to that new address ?

1. Yes, assuming you weren't accepted under the Ontario PNP program.
