Marriage in Bad Faith

Married in 2013 overseas. Sponsored her right away. She got her PR status and visited for a month in 2015. Went back to finish school.
Then came back in 2017 and couple of weeks ago walked out to go live in a shelter. No kids.
Do I have a case of marriage in bad faith simply to gain the PR stays?
In 2015... the conditional PR card amendment was still effective. It wasn’t revoked until April 2017.
And I believe she went back for 2 years after receiving her COPR status and visiting for a month.
And then a year after returning... she’s gone.
Are there grounds here for a fraudulent marriage in bad faith. She only wanted the PR status and nothing more.
Thank you kindly
