Is travel card or forex card valid as proof of fund at the time of first landing as a PR? I checked list of instruments already It's included negotiable instruments.

I have a question Travel card is included in this category or not?

1. No, as the funds can't be verified at the Port of Entry.

Hi I have received my Canada PR, i ll be arriving next month. Here is my question

The minimum funds required for immigration to Canada is around CAD 17000. But as per CBSA, we cannot bring over CAD 10,000, and anyways I won't be carrying an amount of order CAD 10,0000.

My question is, then how to manage these two things together at the time of first entry to Toronto, Canada Airport, Proving I still have CAD 18000+ but not carrying that amount?
