Becoming a college instructor in Ontario

I would like some guidance/advice on how to become a college instructor. I have an MBA from an American university, and more than 15 years in international business and marketing., but i have no teaching experience.
where shall I start? do i need to study?
I visited the colleges Ontario website, all the advice is for internationally trained teachers.
I would appreciate any help
