hi my first born was adopted by my aunt.. do i have to declaire her?

my husband and i decided not to declaired my daughter beacuse i dont have any legal document to prove that i am her biological mother .

cic notice that my dependent is my 2nd and 3rd born thats why they are for my explantion where is my first born.

how it will affect to my spouse sponsorship?

misrepresentation is not my intension i just think that beacuse shes been adopted by my aunt i am no longer her parent legaly .
