Hi

I am a Transgender woman.

I live in delhi, India with my family.

I feel very helpless as it is really hard to here to be what you are.

I have been living a fake life from my childhood.

I want to live as i want and thats the reason i want to come to canada if the country and the government kindly allows.

please let me know if it is possible and how.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

We are sorry, we are unable to provide detailed information regarding the immigration application process.

However, you can find some information in this Settlement.Org Can I apply for refugee status as a lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer or questioning (LGBTQ+) person? article.

You can find information on Canada’s refugee system on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website in the Refugees and asylum section.

You may also find some information on the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) website.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
