Can I Co-sign to Sponsor my Grandma?

My mother and I are planning to sponsor my grandmother;
it makes sense to me that I, as her direct grandson and my mother as her daughter,
we hope to be both able to combine our income to be eligible to sponsor.
is this even possible?

1. No, only spouses can be co-signers.
