I am an Indian passport holder with PR card.
My passport and PR card doesn’t have surname.
Recently I updated my passport Now planning to renew my pr card.
Searching on the CIC website, I found that I have to submit a legal change name document.
Will my new and old passport with an explanation letter would be enough?
