Hi,
I am a Canadian citizen and my wife's PR expired in May 2017 but living with me in US since April 2012 onwards.
Could you please let me know the whether she is eligible to apply for Canadian Citizenship based on the accompanying Canadian Citizenship?
Or Before, I apply, do I have to renew her PR ?
if so, can I apply the PR renewal based on the same eligibility rule that ie. accompanying the Canadian citizen or do I have to sponsor again for her PR?
Could you please advise, what options do I have?
