Accreditation Courses for Physician Assistant

Hi I am from India and at present am in the middle of my immigration process.
I am a Physician Assistant by profession and assist in Head & Neck Surgeries ( Oral Cancer) back in India.
I have an experience of assisting in more than 500 Cancer Surgeries.
My query is that After immigrating, since my profession(Physician Assistant) is a regulated one in Canada are there any bridging program or courses that I can pursue so that my skill-set is not wasted and I can be of service to mankind.
Kindly advise.
I have communicated the same with the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants.
