Health Card - BC to Ontario

I am a 23 y/o (m), without permanent residency, who has recently graduated from university in BC. I am trying to transfer my health insurance from BC to Ontario, but I am not sure what the process is as I am not a permanent resident in Canada yet. Any information on the topic will be greatly appreciated!
