Mailing address not asked by Immigration for PR

Hi,
I recently completed my first landing in Canada as per the COPR requirement, however, the immigration officer did not ask me for my mailing address for the PR Card.
I've checked that I can fill out the Addess Change notification on the CIC pages but everytime I try to provide my UIC and proceed to the next page I get a message stating that "We are not able to identify you using the information you provided."
I am not unable to reach IRCC's live agent via the helpline number as well.
Can you please suggest how I can provide my mailing address details to IRCC?

You need to submit a webform to change the address- use this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
