I cannot leave my apartment due to fright of a fall. Both exits are on a hill and the landlord will not salt or remove snow. What are my options?
4/5/2016 Topic: Can I sign a One-Year Lease and then Break it? user	I am fairly new to Canada and need to move. I have found a place I would like to rent but don't want to have a one year lease. I plan to buy a place in roughly nine months. If I sign a lease and break my lease and move out early what can the landlord do to me? Does he just keep the last months rent? I can deal with loosing some rent money but not months of rent. Can they come after me legally? I am not a deadbeat, I have good credit but just don't want to commit to a year long lease.
4/5/2016 Topic: PR card Expiring-How to leave Canada and Return? user	My mothers PR is expiring and she wants to travel outside canada and she would only have 1 month before the PR expires and she wants to stay longer because she is going to vist her mother and she has 3 kids and for us to travel its costing us a lot of money for tickets and its not worth the amount of time we are staying there for and the time we are staying outside the country we have ramadan Is there anyway she can travel outside the country when her pr is about to expiring and come back ?

The passport which I have used for the immigration process is about to expire in 2 month. I would like to keep only my second passport. Can I still travel outside of Canada? Would I have any problems to re-enter Canada? Thank you

Does that mean the date on the back of the picture should be within 6 months of when the application was signed and postmarked or when it is received by the CIC?
