5/3/2016 Topic: Long Wait Times at Family Doctor - Options? user	Everytime I come to see the family doctor, the receptionist will ask me to wait for over 1.5hrs, sometimes over 2hrs, but I've made the appointment weeks ago. Even when I arrive 30min earlier, I still need to wait over 1 hr and when I talk to the receptionist, she just ignores me and give me that 'I don't care' attitude. it's very rude and disrespectful. I really hope there's some kind of resolution to this.

She contacted her landlord and he said I need to pay 200$ for the month I am here. 5/5/2016 Topic: Increase Rent without doing Repairs? user	Can the Landlord increase the rent without doing maintenance that is needed to be done? ie: repairs to the bathroom shower tile, mildew stains. i bought bathroom cleaners and stain Remover and nothing works. However, I've sent in a request to the landlord about this problem two years ago, he sent someone to whitewash the tiles, but the mildew returns. what the landlord is doing, when a tenant moves out he replaces the bathroom tub and tiles and then rent the units for higher price. what step can i take to have the landlord fix this problem.

I live in Ontario and he is in Alberta. Is this divorce legal in Canada? What is the process and step here in Canada once the divorce has been finalized in the Dominican Republic? How long after can he remarry once all finalized, I know he has already asked someone to marry him in Alberta. Thank you
