 Hi Folks,

I'm a new immigrant entered into Canada in Dec 2013 and need to know weather I can sponsor my brother and wife(Spouse).If so what are requirements for them and the eligibility should I have? And how many days will it take for processing individually.Should they take IELTS also?Can I apply it from my home country?
