9/8/2014 Topic: Need a Lawyer or Settlement Agency - Citizenship Rcitizenship	Hi, I am looking for a lawyer / Settlement agency info in Windsor, ON to reschedule my citizenship test. Applied for citizenship in Feb 2013,missed citizenship test in Jan 2014 due to relocation and mail delay. Wrote several letter and showed proof still no response. Got GCMS response but have difficulty in understanding so looking for a lawyer to help me out. Please seniors or other members help me with any suggestions or info. Thanks in advance

9/14/2014 Topic: Missed the Citizenship Interview Rcitizenship	Thanks MeIM of putting forth this link. CIC has made modification in their rules. I missed my citizenship test in Jan 2014 and cic told me that i have 6o days to respond but that time they didn't put forth this option of 2nd invite. If u reply within 60 days cic will either accept or reject. @ karunakar, Don't worry just send them a written letter why u missed the test and they usually give u a second chance. I met 2 guys who missed the test after me already became citizens. I was unfortunate, i missed since i was moving at that time. When i contacted call center they told me that my file is in queue to be rescheduled and they transfeered my file to my current location which is delaying the process. SO my point is just send a letter and explain nicely ur case and show proof if u can to support ur statement and they will reschedule u. U might get invite sooner or later depending upon the place ur file is. In some places they do accept fax but if ur file is in St Clair , TOronto then only mail. Best Luck
10/6/2014 Topic: Worried about the Citizenship Interview Rcitizenship	HI, I have my test scheduled for oct end. I'm nervous abt citizenship interview. Several reasons: I had rq in september last year missed 1st test invite in jan since I was relocating and got invite late. I studied and lived in us before marrying canadian citizen and moving to canada made several trips to detroit last year since my husband works there currently unemployed since I quit my job in toronto and didn't get any job in windsor yet I am worried, can my situation invite another rq or judge hearing? How can I convince the officer that i intent to live in canada. I lived in canada since 2008 and continously worked till 2013 but reading other forums I realized that us connection is a tricky thing. Seniors or any members please provide suggestions.
1/15/2015 Topic: Can my parents also get a visitor visa? Rcitizenship	Hi, I sponsored my parents in March 2011 and send additional documents as per cic's request in Oct 2014.......didn't receive AOR yet and no sign of Sponsorship approval. I also requested ATIP report almost 1 and half month back.....no reply yet. I called cic but was told to wait. Also, i want to apply for visitor visa for my parents. DO you think there will be any problems getting one; since their PR application is in-process.Any suggestions anybody??
