If you were not allowed outside of Canada for vacations, it would negate the use of a PR Card, because that card value is only useful on entry to Canada , so a typical vacation once or twice a year would not count although you may be asked to defend it, would be unreasonable specially the current wait time to not expect family's to return home to visit loved ones for instance. |
