I am single mom, a canadian citizen. I'm planning to sponsor my boyfriend, whose work permit will expire this Nov 2014,under a common law partner. But I am in a debt settlement program. Am i eligible to sponsor him? I have read that you cannot sponsor if you are on bankruptcy. I'm just wondering if it will affect our application. Thank you |

Thank you. But what is undeclared bankruptcy? I am under debt settlement program, which is almost the same effect on my credit history, but it's not bankruptcy.what are the chances of getting approved? Thank you |
