Hello,
I have recently had my wallet stolen with most of my identification cards. While my license and health card can easily be replaced, my permanent resident card was already expired and I heard the procedure to renew it was long.
The problem is my citizenship approval came today, and I am panicking as the exam will be in two weeks time. I have not reported this yet but will soon. Our family needs to take it all together as we applied as a family.
I am just a student and I am afraid I will drag down my parents with me. Will I still be able to take my exam even though my PM card is lost?

As long as I will not hinder my family and still be able to take the test, then it is great.

But I just have one more question.
What is during my exam, they ask for me to surrender my PR card. Do I bring any other document to prove it is stolen or that I am a permanent resident?
