Photo Resubmission for PR Card - Questions

I got a mail from Nova Scotia saying they could not process my application yet and requires me to submit new photos. The letter states that the photo should include a "backing" where a date (of the photo was taken) would be printed on the back of the photo. After asking a couple of photo print shops, they said they do not do such procedure and suggest to stamp a date instead. Is this acceptable? Also, once I've sent my photos, how long should I wait or when can I expect to receive my PR Card? |
