Hi,
By end of December 2014, I would have fulfilled my 730 days, and my PR card expires in July 2014.

I understand that I can apply for renewal 6 months before expiry, so I am going to apply PR card renewal in January 2015. As I am going to visit my parents, I will be leaving in early Feb for a month. Two questions:

1) while waiting for processing, is it okay for me to travel as my card will be expire til in July 2015?

2) can i sent in my renewal first and leave the country as long as my card is valid when i return? or should I wait til I returned in March 2015, then renewal my PR card?
