one of the additional supporting document for PR renewal requires to provide

A copy of one of the following:

Other Income Tax assessments issued by Canada Revenue Agency within the past five (5) years

So do I need to provide all 5 years of income tax assessments? or the most recent one only?

and if I need to provide all 5 years but only have 3 years of recent 5 years, do I need to contact CRA and have them mail me the missing ones?
