Can my landlord tell others about my eviction?

I recently was served an eviction notice. I know the other tenants in my building and when I went to tell them that my husband and son where movies g they told me they knew all about it, that the landlords management company told them everything about me losing my job and not being able to make my rent and that they had the eviction papers and that they wanna call facs and try and take my son. Can they legally talk to the tenants about my situation? What should I do?? |
