I have applied for citizenship on 3rd August 2011
As per CIC the processing time started on March 8th 2012
Did the Citizenship test Jan 17th 2013
Till now never hear from the CIC !

Same time my PR will expire October 2015

Question is when -on maximum- should I expect a decision on my file?

Can I renew my PR again if I was travelling and didn't spend much time in Canada after applying?
