I got a form for medical surveillance from CIC which i was asked to print, sign and submit at the point of entry in Canada but they have not yet requested for my passport. please help me, is this a mistake or what? |

My passport will expire by April, I am likely to get a passport request letter by March.
what can I do?
Can I send a new passport to CIC. or do need to call them first. |
