Topic: The Scarborough Citizenship Operations office

 I am a PR and I applied for citizenship in Aug 2014. My web access is showing that my file was transferred to The Scarborough Citizenship Operations office on Jan 29th and someone will contact me. It has been over 1 month now and no one has contacted me. How can I get an update on this?
