My mom is PR and her card expired in April. She applied back in January but still not received the renewed card.
She is going on an Alaska cruise with her friend on June 17th for one week. The ship starts at Vanvouver port and comes back to the same port.
I have sent urgent request online, but only an email was received indicating no guarantee of the card before she leaves.
Without the PR card, will she be allow to get off the ship at Vanvouver? |

She has a Chinese passport with a 10-yr multiple entry visa from the US.
I looked at the website it only talks about the PR applying travel document overseas.
Is it possible for her to get an urgent travel document in Toronto? If so, what are the document requirement and where to submit the application?
