My landlord has given me a letter in which I am being told that I will be issued an N5 eviction notice. They have not actually issued the eviction order yet. They claim that I am a hoarder, but I am not.
There was clutter. What should I do at this point?
Is the landlord obligated to give me some time to tidy up?
If they issue the N5 eviction order, what should I do then? |

I am unable to ascertain if the UK and Canada have an agreement that I can exchange my full UK drivers licence to a Canadian one.
At present I am in Canada on a two year study visa and I wish to drive. The links that are attached to the page are not found and I am still none the wiser.
Please advise who or where I contact to arrange this. |

I relocated with my family 2 months ago, my husband happen to be the principal applicant, just for the PR card to arrive today, mine was not among. it is just my husband and daughters PR card that arrived..
please I'm a little bit worried.. what exactly can be wrong.

And I have been told that I can't get that code or establish the account until my Social Insurance Number has been reactivated.
How can I do this?

Hi there,
I came to Canada in 2012 from Pakistan on spousal sponsorship.
In Jan 2017 I am planning to sponsor my parents,brother and sister who are under 22 so assuming that they all will qualify.
But my sister has wrong DOB on her documents like ID card etc. which needs to be corrected and it is a long process in Pakistan.
Right now her age is showing up as 23 years but she is 2.5 years less than that.
Before going into process of changing her DOB I just wanted to get your opinion on have you seen any concerns from immigration officers on these kind of cases or what kind of additional documents they may ask?

We have been contacting our building managers for sometime now as well as the property manager and 311!
about our abscence of hot water situation and no results as of yet.
We have contacted 311 and they say that they are going to look into it but still no hot water.
Please get back to us on what we can do about this situation thanks.
