My landlord just went abroad switching off the air conditioner and without informing before going.
I have a 11 months old daughter who cries day and night because of weather.
I am paying in cash and so can't prove air conditioning was included in rent.all I can do is wait for her to return.
Just two windows in complete basement.
What can I do to complain about this inhuman behaviour? |
