I prefer if the government ask the confirmation of both sides personally.
I think it is not difficult for the immigration of Canada to call them and ask their attendance to the department.
I'm from middle east and I knew 100 % that it is very easy for the husband to bring fake divorce documentation to remarry again or to bring a new wife.
In that case Government will control fraud. |
