Topic: Heating Regulation in Common Hallways

Hello,

the hallways in our building are very cold. I have a thermometer and it showed the temperature at 11 celcius. I literally have to put a coat on just to go down the hall to the garbage or laundry rooms. That doesn't seem right to me.

What are the rules about temperatures in common areas? I've not been able to find an answer anywhere online.
