Topic: Expired PR card, may travel to Canada soon

 My PR Card expired yesterday. I have submitted my renewal application a month ago. I am in big need to go to Europe middle of June. Is any way I can contact an actual office and find out if my PR card will be ready by the time I'm leaving Canada? Also, looking into applying for a Permanent Resident Travel document in Europe...I'm only there for one week. Any suggestions as what are my options right now? Thank you
