Hi :

I am a Canadian Citizen and I landed in Canada on January 3rd 1989. I made my home and ordinarily live in Canada until I went back to Hong Kong and already claimed as Non Residency on June 1st 2000 and was re entry back in Canada on March 17th 2011 and make my home and ordinary live in Toronto, Ontario Canada until now.

After nearly over 2 & 10 months related OASP application and the required official supporting documents submission & processing with Service Canada , their reconsideration decision deny my OASP application is very frustrated and helpless to me ?!

I would like to have your esteemed advice/help for the subject issue and I also want to have your comment that I am not a person resides in Canada ( I.E.ONLY CONSIDERED AS PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN CANADA AS SERVICE CANADA INDICATED ) basing on the related OAS Act and makes my home here and ordinarily lives in Canada if I am still on going living with the said status/situation as stated below in Service Canada Reconsideration Deny Letter sent to me dated on July 21 2017.

A. I traveled more frequently and stay longer in Hong Kong during 1989 to 2000; and

B. """I was re entry back in Canada on March 17th 2011 and ordinarily lives in Canada up to today and I did not prove that I establish residence in Canada in view of :

1. I do not maintain a house or apartment on my own and continue living with a relative in Canada?
2. I have the Ontario driver's license but I do not own a vehicle in Canada ?
3. I have Ontario Health Insurance Plan ( OHIP) coverage in Canada and I still avail of the health services provided in Hong Kong""

As also indicated in Service Canada earlier letter dated January 14th 2016 sent to me about my deny application for Old Age Pension that I may qualify for the Old Age Security pension and the Guaranteed Income Supplement if I continue to live in Canada until January 2017, please let me have your advice whether I could make a new OASP application now to move my case forth or otherwise ?
