Hello,

Here is a little background story-
My mother is a Permanent Resident of Canada.

But her PR card expired as of June 2017. She didn't fulfill the required time to renew the status.

She was visiting me in 2017 from the month of June to October, and left for our home country as she has to take care of my grandmother.mentioning again, when she entered Canada in June 2017, she had a valid PR card, but when she left in October 2017, her PR card was expired.

I am now pregnant and due in May 2018, and want my mother to come to Canada and live with me as I need support and care.

Is there any way my mother can return to Canada even if her PR card has expired?
