Hi,
I recently moved into a new apartment and have found that the fridge is REALLY loud.
It bothers me at night, and I work from home so it's a real issue for me, though apparently the tenants before me didn't mind.
The landlord says the fridge is 10 years old, which I suggested means it might be time to replace it.
He wants to increase my rent by $12 a month to subsidize the cost of the fridge.
Can he ask that? Should I agree?
