PR Divorce > Main Applicant Landed with Children

Hello

My wife and I have been married since 2009.
We applied for PR through Ontario PNP. She was the main applicant.
She landed with our kids in August 2017 (they had already been in Canada under my old work permit as long term visitors).
I allowed my PR offer to exire and never landed by the deadline in Jan 2018.

Now I want a divorce and will not join my family in Canada due to a breakdown in the marriage.

Can the divorce have any impact on her PR or the children´s PR?

I will continue to pay maintenance to support the family.

Thanks in advance

1. Has no impact on her or the Childrens PR status.

Thanks so much for the response.

Do you work for Settlement.org or just a board contributor?

Sorry to trouble you, but I was just trying to establish how "official" your response was or what the basis of it is.

Thanks in advance
