Getting Married - Want to Sponsor - ODSP

Hello
I would like to marry my fiance and he lives in the dominican republic.I am on ODSP.
I was looking on the Government website and if i read correct it said that i need to earn $24,500 in one year to sponsor him. I don't get that amount a year from ODSP.
Does that mean I need to get a job and make the other $10,000. Thats a little hard because ODSP claws 50% of my money after $200
To make $1300 is just crazy to me,thats full time work.If could do that, I wouldn't be on ODSP.
Does that mean I cannot get married?
