Dear Moderator,
My daughter was born in Toronto when my husband had a working permit in Canada.
We returned to HK when she was 7 (she finished kindergarten in Toronto).
Now she wants to return to Toronto to study high school (she is 16 years old).
However, my husband & I are not Canadia. May I know if my daughter can return to study? Also, could I go with her by applying for Super Visa as I want to take care of her in Toronto.

York District Region School Board request one of the parents is Canadia so that they can help my daughter to do the reception.

We will move back to Toronto 2020 Jun, and my daughter (born in toronto) will finish grade 12 from Hong Kong.
May I know how she can go (apply) to University in Toronto? Or she need to study grade 11 again?
