I am currently living in Nigeria,my spouse of nine years sought asylum in Canada early this year we have four kids who are with me.my spouse hardly sends money for care of his kids,I am worried because he is starting another family in Canada and is abandoning his duties here. I just want to know if the government can help me make him send welfare for his children in Nigeria, thank you |
