Right to choose hospital for care?

Hi there,
I am currently in hospital with my 3m old daughter who has E.Coli. I have been in this hospital for 8 days, and have 10 days of antibiotics to go. The Paediatrician I am under right now wants to transfer me "closer" to home even though that hospital is still 45mins from my address. I want to stay in the hospital I am currently in because I have family and friends helping me out with laundry and food while my husband works. Do I have a right to refuse to be transferred? |
