Wow! I am having a lot of trouble and endless referral links in pursuit of finding the correct information!

My husband is a newcomer from Iran, he is a permanent resident. He is interested in becoming a police officer.

We have been scouring the internet for answers. I have called the Ministry of Education, and they did not give me an answer either.
They simply referred me to Comparative Education Services at the University of Toronto, where you pay a $200-300 fee to have your
credentials assessed, which was not very helpful, especially since their website seems to indicate that they asses post-secondary.

Can anyone help with this? I have about 18 tabs open on my browser right now, all linked originally from either the Ministry or Immigration.
