I live in Montreal, but I'm not a francophone person, i do not use French in my regular basics. couple years ago i send my application for Citizenship and it was denied cause no prove of language. at that time I attach in my application. 3 levels of English from Northampton Community College in PA USA. Also I attach level 4 5 and six. from Pinellas ESL program in Pinellas FL USA. application was denied for that. then i attach Certificate in Quebec for Textile designer. Again my papers got back to me. So basic i have a CELPIP test. but nothing is available in Montreal an not even in Quebec. from my home to Ottawa is only 1:40 minutes drive so can You help me to found a CELPIP (ESL) Centre around Ottawa Area? Thanks.
