Hello,
I’m a naturalised Canadian along with my parents (we were naturalised at the same time 30+ yrs ago).
Both myself and my parents were born outside Canada.
Will my child who is born outside Canada receive automatic citizenship? |

I’ve been receiving differing views in this. Even though I was also born outside Canada I’ve never received citizenship through descent and am a naturalised citizen.
So would my child not be considered first generation? |
