Protected Person and Study Permit

Hi everyone, I couldnt find any clear information online. I am a protected person who recieved his Notice of Decision from IRCC. So I am not a refugee claimant anymore. I applied for Seneca College and OSAP. Some people say I need a study permit to study. Some people say I dont need.
When I tried to apply study permit online, application form looks like for international students. It asks my passport expiry date which is already expired 1 year ago since IRCC took all of my ID and passport. It doesnt let me put expired passport date to my study permit application.
So, my question is do I need a study permit as a protected person who already got his notice of decision from IRCC, if so is there any other form to apply study permit for protected persons? |
